Nepal trip - GHOREPANI - POONHILL YOGA TREK

What was the most memorable part of my holiday in Nepal ?
The whole experience! It was so full of adventure and different sights and experience from beginning to end!

I traveled with Dipak’s organization in September 2013 and did Nepal trip – GHOREPANI – POONHILL YOGA TREK. It was the Yoga and Trekking combined programme. I was introduced Kundalini Yoga into the trekking experience which opened my heart and mind through daily meditation, yoga, stretching, and of course trekking. I absolutely loved it. The Kundalini Yoga has grown with me and I have been practising it until present day. I feel very lucky that I was travelling with Dipak who organised the trip very well. Dipak helped me to prepare an itinerary and was in touch with me via email as many times as I need it.

I would highly recommend for Nepal trip and travelling with trek2himalayas.com! 🙂
